You can use the search feature to find tasks, conversation, documents, subjects and people. The search scope is always limited to the current workspace, and to your own visibility rights.

To use the search feature, click in the search bar that is situated in the top right corner of your screen, and start typing. Some suggestions might appear as you type, which will include common keywords, subjects and team members.

At this point you can select one of the suggested option using your keyboard arrows or your mouse cursor, or you can keep typing and hit enter to display the results.

Once the results screen appears, you can switch tabs to display tasks, conversations and documents results.

The keyword will be highlighed in the messages, tasks labels, and document names so that you can find what you are looking for more easily.

You can interact with your results directly, responding to conversations, opening tasks and documents at will.

Refining your search terms

Your keyword(s) search might not show the expected results, or any results at all. Here are some examples of how the Azendoo search works, so you can try different syntax to find exactly what you are looking for:

If you search for example, the results will return for mentions of examples as well

If you search for examples, the results will return for mentions of example as well

If you search for design example , the results will return for content containing design OR example

If you search for "design example" in double-quotes, the results will return for content containing the same exact term design example

If you search for "design" + "example", the results will return for content containing design AND example anywhere in the same content

If you search for design -example, the results will include design but exclude content mentioning the keyword example
