If someone was invited to join a workspace and this person has not received or lost the email, you may resend an invitation as follows:
- open the workspace page
- click on Workspace settings
- click on ‘Resend invite’

Only an Admin can perform this action.
Any problem? Please also make sure the email does not go to the SPAM email folder.
