Creating a copy of a Task is now easier than ever. Select the Task you want to copy, and again you click on the three dots at the top of the Task card. Only this time, select the “Make a Copy...” button.

This opens up a new window with all the information present in the Task:

  • the Subjects on which it is shared
  • the assignee
  • the due date
  • the repetition
  • the description
  • and any attachments and the subscribers

You can then change the label of the Task you are about to create, and select which information you want copied to the new Task.

Once you’ve decided on what you want to copy over, simply click on the “Create Task” button.

The new task, with all the information you’ve selected to be copied over, will open in the Task card. Here you can enter any additional information, delegate the Task, and more.
