Due date and reminders are optional, but very helpful to set goals for yourself and your team members and track deadlines.
Due dates will be displayed on the task card as well as in tasks lists. Tasks with due dates will also show in calendars.
Reminders are based on the task due date, which means that you cannot have a reminder without a due date. Reminders trigger a notification to the task assignee at the time and date selected.
