Azendoo makes task lists collaborative. Each team member add their own tasks and delegate others to their colleagues. The key to making task lists collaborative is to share tasks on subjects.
Subject task lists
Each subject have their own task lists, which are collaborative since each subject member can add and delegate tasks.
The default task list named Tasks to do corresponds to all opened tasks for this Subject.
Other useful team lists include:
- Task by Planned Date
- Tasks by Due Date
- Tasks by Assignee
- All tasks
Workspace-wide team task lists
There are 4 team tasks lists available workspace wide:
- Team To-Do
- Team Completed Tasks
- Team Tasks By Planned Date
- Team Tasks By Due Date
These task lists will only show you tasks that you have access to. That means that these tasks are either shared in a subject you are member of or shared with you as a subscriber, or both.
To access these task lists go to My Tasks, then click on the filter and select the list from the dropdown menu.
